We're in production!

she struts, while Crow works on her delivery...

is himself pleased? Well...I guess so...
an image I stole from the sky early this morning on Jude's birthday - happy day my twin!
my fabulous hat. I'm sorry that I don't look so good but trust me - the hat is a work of art! I'm so pleased...

Egg, hat, chickens, sky, you all beautiful. Where did you get the pattern for the hat? Are those Auracanna chickens? We're looking forward to getting chicks in the spring!

Oh Fresh eggs!! What a beautiful hen...and I don't know chickens much but this looks like one we saw on open farm day..silver laced Wyandotte? Am I right? Whatever..she is a looker...now, ahem, regarding the photo of you with the hat on..you are right, it's a work of art.

your post was so good you had to do it twice!

I love having chickens vicariously through you.

I almost feel proud.

I did do it twice and had no idea until this very minute. How the heck did that happen?
Thanks all - the chickens are rhode island reds, silver-laced wyandottes (yep Brenda)golden-laced wyandottes and black australorps - the rooster is of the latter!
The hat is on ravelry - called Big River Hat, I believe - though I've made some changes...
